It doesn’t come out until Summer 2015. They haven’t even shown the trailer for Guardians of The Galaxy or Captain America: Winter Soldier yet! However, this is apparently the official teaser trailer to the second Avengers film.

If it’s a fan-made trailer, it’s pretty well made since you do get a glimpse of what Ultron may look like (which looks incredibly like the one from the comics).
