When DC Comics instituted their universal reboot in 2011 with the New 52, I really wanted no part of it. I understand the purpose (keep things fresh and all of that) but I just didn’t want to start collecting DC Comics again just because they’re starting from scratch. Because of this, I have no real idea what kind of stories the New 52 were telling.
With Justice League War, the first DC Comics Animated Original Movie to be set in the New 52 universe, I’ll finally get a good idea if they still can tell great stories.

Among the New 52 series, the best ones are Animal Man and Green Arrow, in my opinion. At present they are my favorite comic books, along with a Dark Horse series called simply X.
Yeah, I’m really behind in comics right now. Really want to get back but I wasn’t sure if New 52 was the way for me.
The New 52 is full of ups and downs, but the 2 series I mentioned in my previous comment are simply fantastic. Superman/Wonder Woman is a beautiful comic book too. Thank you for your reply! : )
