When the first Muppets movie was released, I was worried it would flop. After all, they’ve been off the air for a long time and I didn’t think that they were relevant in today’s time. Thankfully, with the commercial success of the movie, my fears were put to rest.
In fact, the movie did so well that Disney is planning a sequel, entitled Muppets Most Wanted. Here’s the trailer:
Muppets Most Wanted is slated for release on the 21st of March in 2014.

I get ya’ the Muppets seem, to me, are like anything and you just either love them or hate them, I’m sort of in between, they CAN be immensely funny, and their music – stunning – I did think the first was a little bit laboured (getting cameos in just seems to shout – ‘look at us, we’re still relevant’) and lax. However some awesome performances from Amy Adams and Jason Segel, who unfortunately, won’t be reprising their roles. Oh well, here’s looking to the future.
